09:00 Meeting at the Besenbeiz & Fasshotel, welcome
Walk to the vineyard with explanations about the grape harvest
Harvesting in the vineyard Walk back to the cellar with a small wine tasting
12:30–13:00 : shared lunch (please indicate if you are vegetarian) with a glass of wine, a moment to share and conclude the day
Clothing: Dress according to the weather! Good shoes are essential.
