Vignoble Cousin, founded in 2005 by Myrtille and Guy Cousin in this exceptional setting overlooking Lake Neuchâtel. Known for its aromatic wines and a diverse range, nearly all of the wines are consumed within an hour’s drive from the cellar. The estate refuses to export and has been 100% organic since 2018. In a further step towards sustainable profitability, since 2022, Vignoble Cousin has been involved in organic agronomic research on several plots to develop a productive viticulture without any harmful inputs for the soil or staff health.
