The name Val'Dingue has a double meaning. It refers both to the Vallon de la Lienne and to the French word dingue ("crazy"). It reflects the bold, slightly crazy and deeply liberating idea that inspired this project. What began as a simple dream of creating a place in the heart of nature has become a true family adventure, driven by passion.

Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture and spend a day full of discoveries in the heart of our vineyards.
After meeting at the STEP parking area in Ayent, we will head together to the vineyard. During a guided tour, you will discover the secrets of viticulture and the unique characteristics of our terroir.
Then it's time to get involved! Roll up your sleeves and take part in the grape harvest by picking bunches of grapes by hand, just as tradition dictates.
After the effort comes the reward: enjoy a tasting of our wines, accompanied by an authentic Valais raclette, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

9:30 a.m. – Meeting at the STEP parking area in Ayent
9:45 a.m. – Walk together to the vineyard
10:00 a.m. – Welcome and guided tour of the vineyard
10:30 a.m. – Take part in the grape harvest
12:00 p.m. – Wine tasting accompanied by an authentic Valais raclette
