For the third consecutive year, we invite you to the “At the Heart of the Harvest” event in Lavaux. Located in Cully, the Union Vinicole is ideally positioned between Epesses and Villette. This cooperative winery, founded in 1937, brings together 37 independent winegrowers and cultivates 30 hectares of vines. We offer immersive activities all year round to help you discover the winegrower’s profession. Join us as well for themed meals during the “Yourte en Lavaux” event, where you can meet our winegrowers and taste our wines.
Day Program:
Welcome – coffee & croissant: 8:00 a.m.
Departure to the vineyard: 8:30 a.m.
Apéritif in the vineyard: 11:30 a.m.
Return to the Union to observe grape reception and guided tour: 12:30 p.m.
Fondue from Tyrode Cheese Dairy in L’Auberson & dessert: 1:30 p.m.
