PEREY Vignerons-Encaveurs is a family-run winery managed by Solange, Lucie and Tristan Perey. With 11 hectares of vineyards spread between Domaine de la Balle in Vufflens-le-Château and Domaine des Abbesses in Échandens, the family produces authentic wines that reflect the richness and diversity of the Morges region’s terroirs. Each cuvée is the result of family expertise, careful vineyard management and a shared passion for excellence.
Experience an authentic journey at the heart of the grape harvest with the Perey family.
The morning begins with a warm welcome from Lucie, the estate’s winemaker, who will accompany you to the vineyards to introduce you to the work of a winegrower and let you take part in the grape harvest.
Back at the estate, Tristan, the winery manager, will introduce you to the different stages of winemaking and the work carried out in the cellar. The visit continues with a tasting of several estate wines, offering the opportunity to discover the richness and diversity of our grape varieties and terroirs.
To end this wonderful morning, we will share a traditional homemade Vaud-style meal in the friendly atmosphere of our wine cellar room.

🕣 8:30 a.m. – Welcome at the Carnotzet
Coffee, tea and a welcome snack. Introduction to the morning’s programme and distribution of harvesting equipment.
🍇 9:00 a.m. – Departure to the vineyards
Walk to the vineyard plot. Discover the work of the winegrower and take part in the grape harvest in a friendly atmosphere.
🍷 11:00 a.m. – Winery tour & wine tasting
Discover the behind-the-scenes process of winemaking before enjoying a guided tasting of a selection of wines from the estate.
🍽️ 12:30 p.m. – Winemaker’s lunch
Enjoy a traditional Vaud menu: Saucisse aux choux and Papet vaudois.
