Domaine Ostiane is a relatively new estate in Valais. The first vintage was produced in 2025. During my second vintage, you will have the opportunity to help me harvest the grapes for my finest cuvée, produced from a Syrah plot on the exceptional Bernunes terroir.
The vines are cultivated in the healthiest and most natural way possible, and the wines receive no oenological additives or added sulphites intended for stabilisation. Come and discover why I choose this approach and understand the additional work it requires both in the vineyard and in the winery. Programme: Winery tour during the morning coffee, followed by grape picking, then a tasting of the previous year’s wine from the same plot, and lunch accompanied by a tasting of the other cuvées.
Programme of the Day
8:00 a.m. – Meeting at the indicated address.
Coffee and croissants, followed by a short drive to the Syrah plot in Bernunes (approx. 5 minutes).
Afterwards – Grape harvest, loading of the grapes and lunch at the winery.
