A 4-hectare estate located on the slopes of Sierre, organically certified and cultivated on the finest terroirs of central Valais. The estate produces small-batch wines from the most prestigious Valais grape varieties such as Petite Arvine, Cornalin, Humagne Rouge, and Rèze. In total, 13 varieties are included in the range, all vinified separately and naturally, with no oenological additives. Following the clear principle that great wines are made in the vineyard, grape quality is essential to produce heartfelt wines – elegant, sensual, and crafted for gastronomy and sensory delight.
Guests are welcomed at the Flanthey winery, followed by harvesting a nearby plot. Then, back to the winery for a tasting of fermenting wines and the full bottled range, ending with a generous and friendly lunch in the afternoon (wines included). Depending on the grape harvested in the morning, guests can also take part in the pressing or vatting process during or after the meal.
