09:30 AM – Welcome at Domaine des Vignolles (Rte de Champvigny 6, 1242 Satigny), hosted by the Vulliez Family, winemakers at La Cave de Genève
09:45 AM – Introduction, equipment distribution, and safety instructions
10:00 AM – Grape harvest and tasting
12:00 PM – Traditional shared lunch (drinks included)
