20-hectare wine estate located in the commune of Dardagny, managed by Emilienne Hutin Zumbach and her son Guillaume Zumbach, together with a dynamic team!
Our family-run estate, now in its fifth generation, has evolved toward organic viticulture. We cultivate 17 grape varieties, all vinified and bottled on-site, resulting in 25 different cuvées. The key is to respect the work done in the vineyard during vinification and to preserve the unique character of each vintage.
