Le Parrain estate is above all a family story, driven by a desire for responsible and high-quality products.
For several generations, our wine has been cultivated and refined by hand, giving priority to environmentally friendly growing methods.
During the harvest, the grape clusters are hand-sorted to keep only the best berries. Vinification is carried out entirely by hand, with interventions kept to the strict minimum. We produce ORGANIC wine.
Day’s program:
Join us at Chemin des Fornels in Chardonne. GPS: Capite vigne Le Parrain.
Coffee and croissant at 8:00 a.m., followed by grape harvest with explanations about the vines, etc.
Around 10:30 a.m. tasting, then lunch in the vineyard at noon.
