Family-run winery in the heart of Lavaux, offering a wide range of wines as well as other products such as spirits and liqueurs. We particularly enjoy welcoming visitors and organise tastings including a cellar tour and a regional speciality platter.
After a good breakfast, we will head to the vineyard to join our team. On site, a short introduction will be given on the grape harvesting process and the proper techniques. Around 9:00 a.m., a short break will be organised. At approximately 11:30 a.m., we will return to the winery for a cellar visit, an introduction to the various cellar activities and an aperitif. Once the rest of the team arrives, lunch will be served and the day will gradually come to an end. I will of course remain available should you have any questions.
Special price of CHF 59.– per person: You will leave with a bottle of our Chasselas «La Botte Dorée» at a preferential price.
Programme of the Day
7:30–8:00 a.m. – Breakfast
8:00–8:15 a.m. – Transfer to the vineyard and introduction to the grape harvest
8:15–11:30 a.m. – Grape harvesting with our team
11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. – Return to the winery, cellar tour and aperitif
