I took over the estate one year ago. It is a small 3.5-hectare winery, certified biodynamic since 2013. I continue to cultivate it with the same respect for nature and the terroir as my predecessor. As President of the ASVN (Swiss Natural Wine Association), I also offer a range of natural wines alongside my classic wine selection.
7:30 a.m. – Departure for the grape harvest. Around 9:00 a.m. – A gourmet break with a tasty snack and a glass of white wine. Afterwards – Lunch at the estate, after bringing the grapes into the cellar and starting the press. A serious case of “corkscrew fever” from the winemaker is to be expected. Those who wish may return to the vineyard afterwards.
Special price of CHF 69.– per person: The entire meal is organic, homemade by my father and prepared with as many products from the estate as possible. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to taste a great variety of wines. You will leave with a bottle of your choice as a gift.
Programme of the Day
Meeting point at 7:00 a.m. for coffee and bread, followed by the reception of your gift bag. At Fabien’s, you know when you arrive… but you never know when you will leave…
