As of September 1st, 2025, I am the new owner of Domaine Pierre Fonjallaz in Calamin. Convinced of the benefits of organic and biodynamic farming, I will continue to be certified as my predecessor has been since 2013. Be among the first to help me write a new chapter in the story of this iconic estate!
Day's Program: We’ll meet at the estate in the morning and head to a plot of vines. The goal is to harvest about 3000 kg of grapes before returning to the cellar for pressing and a fully organic apéritif! This will be followed by a homemade and original lunch made with products from the vineyard. The afternoon will be festive, but for the most motivated, there may be an opportunity to keep harvesting grapes...
Special price: CHF 65 per person – all wines and meals are fully organic, and nearly 100% of the ingredients are homemade, original and vine-based (lamb, vine bud pesto, wild herb tartare from the vines, etc.), as well as all beverages. I plan to offer a bottle of natural wine to everyone who participates in this special day. I'm known for being very generous when I host.
