For four generations, our family has been running a 5-hectare vineyard located in Martigny-Croix, in the heart of Valais. The combination of knowledge passed down through generations and today’s technologies allows us to craft around twenty wines with passion and professionalism, all bearing the Valais AOC designation of origin and certified Bio Suisse.
Like balconies overlooking the Martigny plain, our vineyards benefit from exceptional sun exposure. Located on steep slopes that are difficult to mechanise, our terraced vineyards are mainly worked by hand, with respect for the environment and nature. We pay particular attention to maintaining biodiversity and preserving the authenticity of our grape varieties. The dry-stone walls supporting our vineyard terraces shape a unique landscape while providing a precious refuge for local wildlife and flora.
The warm and dry Valais climate, with its Mediterranean influences, combined with the diversity of our terroirs, favours the cultivation of numerous grape varieties. Today, we grow eleven different varieties, each expressing the richness and uniqueness of its soil. An explosion of flavours in harmony with tradition, terroir and nature.
Depending on the weather conditions and the evolution of grape ripeness, we will harvest one of the last remaining plots of the estate. Programme: bring sturdy shoes, use pruning shears, pick grapes and carry the harvest – all in the friendly and joyful atmosphere that characterises our grape harvest.
