Since 1946 the Cantina alla Maggia has been producing wine in the heart of Ascona. Today we are a local business known throughout Switzerland for its high quality labels.
Our oenologist Ettore Biraghi leads a close-knit team that takes care of the entire process: from the care of the vineyards (11.5 hectares) to the harvest, through to the vinification and bottling - everything is done in house, with passion.

10:00-12:00 grape harvest
12:15 Ettore and Fabio will guide you through the stages of wine production
12:45 lunch with our risotto cooked on the spot accompanied by our wines
