We chose a different path. We practice hillside viticulture in the Bellinzona region, experimenting with many resistant grape varieties and old native ones. We’ve chosen to take each step carefully, taking care of the land we work with. Our wines are alive – an expression of the grapes and the spontaneous fermentations that reflect the terroir. Since 2021, Manimatte has managed nearly 3 hectares of vineyards with a youthful spirit, creativity, and warmth.

We welcome you to the vineyard for a morning of harvesting together. Participants will be informed of the exact meeting point about a week in advance: there are no secrets, but nature doesn’t follow strict rules, and we’ll know around mid-September which vineyard will be ready for the late-month harvest. After harvesting, we’ll move to Bellinzona to visit our winery, taste our wines, and enjoy a hearty, well-deserved meal!
